After almost six years in power this council should have an absolute grip on all parts of its area of operation instead the Audit Commission's assessment is merely "improving adequately having lost the momentum to achieve improvement across its services and in the way it manages its activities" with worrying signs for our long term future and children's education brought about by poor leadership skills.

MK Conservatives have launched a manifesto offering better leadership, better services, better value, and a better future for everyone.

The current LibDem administration that runs Milton Council is proposing a 3.9% Council Tax rise, whilst the Conservatives have pledged to cut this rise and propose only a 3.5% rise - below the level of inflation. This is a 10% saving.
